Staff is very friendly and helpful, air conditioning worked very well and was always a nice reprieve after a long day in the sun. Room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Would stay again on another visit to Rome. Grazie Mille!

The property was clean and well attended. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Having breakfast away from the B&B was a new experience for us. Overall, if luxury is not what you are looking for, this is a great place to stay.

Giordano was extremely helpful and communicative. I had left critical documents inside the office and he was able to retrieve them for me. He also arranged a very early morning pickup to go to the airport at a very reasonable price. Thank you Giordano for your help.

Really enjoyed our stay at Laocoonte. The room was very tidy and clean and we were served delicious and extensive breakfasts every morning. The hosts were really nice as well :) Accomodation is easily accessible by metro/bus, and Vatican City is a short walk away!

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit out of the centre of Rome but walking distance from the Vatican with excellent transport links to the centre of Rome. The place was very clean, the room was a good size but be warned the shower in the room is VERY small. Me and my husband are fairly short small people so it was ok for us just about but anyone even average size may struggle a bit. The shower also did not get very hot but this may have been an issue that could be fixed but we just managed fine! The hosts are great communicators and leave some very clear check in institutions and are easy to communicate to (even if we never actually saw them while we were there but it didn’t matter). Would stay here again and it’s a great place that lets you explore Rome without being right in the busy hustle and bustle of the city centre

Excellent stay! :) The location couldn't be better—less than a 5-minute walk to the Vatican Museums, which made exploring the area so convenient. The hostess was very kind and supportive, always ready to help with any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

It’s very closed to Vatican museum and St Peter Basilica. There are many recommendations for local foods. Staff is very responsive and helpful. One tip: the city fee will be collected by cash. They should mention it in advance.

The area is very convenient to walk near by the attraction. The problem is the shower was so tiny. Just wondering how the big people can fit to shower. The staff is good but the guy never offer to help us to carry our luggage. Breakfast is fine

Fabulous, clean property that’s only a 5minute walk (even travelling with someone with mobility issues) to the Vatican Museums. The Cipro Metro line is also around a 5minute walk away. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a voucher for a local cafe (with lovely coffee and staff!). This was only 3minutes away from the hotel, too! I would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing fancy, but exceptionally clean with fab air con and shower pressure! X

B&B Laocoonte is in a great, safe location, very close to the Vatican, Metro station, grocery store and Catholic Church, where we went to daily Mass each day. The owners were very helpful and responsive, plus the mini refrigerator, hotpot, coffee sachets, pastries and corkscrew were pleasant surprises! We would definitely stay there again!
