"Room is clean and comfortable but location is really way off. Also, they were not clear with their communication of breakfast timing. Upon check-in, was told 7-9am for breakfast, but the next day, was told it’s 7-8am, and so we didn’t have breakfast. "

"The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though. "

"Stayed at this property for 3 nights while attending Moto GP in Motegi. The hotel is simple but there is all you need. The beds are comfortable and the room is big enough. What definitely made it was the staff, super friendly and attentive to all we needed and always ready to help showing they really cared.. "
