"The hotel was very small but nice and homey. Seemed very popular among Japanese locals. The lobby and hallways seemed modern. When we got to our room 402, we realized our room was very outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The room itself smelled moldy. There were mold and grime stains ..."

"友人達と1泊で宿泊しました。部屋も広くて清掃も行き届いている綺麗なホテルです。宿泊予定の1週間前に案内のメッセージが届き、チェックイン方法等や質問等も連絡でやり取りをさせていただきました。当日も問題なくチェックインできました。 一つだけ気になったのは、シャワーの使い方なのかもしれませんが、浴室と脱衣所がバリアフリーでフラットなので、水が脱衣所を通り越して部屋の方まで流れてしまったのでバスマットもビチャビチャになってしまった事ですかね… ..."
