"This is the worst host I have ever rented from. They do not answer emails. I complained with VRBO and they contacted the host. Then when the host contacted me, he stated that he doesn't feel the need to communicate until the day before your stay. I was traveling with a family of 8. Had elderly relatives all the way down to babies. He was rude and never apologized. As we result we skipped our stay. Check out casa myerfer. They are absolutely the best in communication. "

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The apartment itself was fine. Looks like the pics. The host didnt send me access/check in information until I called to ask him for it. We stayed Mon-Sat and every single morning I sent the host a video of the shower which barely let water out. Only enough if you stood directly under it stuck to the wall could you even get wet enough to rinse soap off, and that wasnt even guaranteed. At first he said he'd send someone to help, but the next day nothing. I sent another video asking about it on...
