Daten gingen an alte WhatsApp Adresse. Klärung dann telefonisch. Alles in allem. Gerne wieder. "

"Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. "We liked the fully automated hotel however we didn’t know we had to confirm everything before checking in which we were doing in the lobby after somebody let us in. The coffee pods were appreciated, storage lockers were extremely appreciated!. The elevator was nice because I arrived in a wheelchair. Sometimes in the elevator, the codes were a little bit finicky, but eventually worked. The room was very nice"
