"Problem med att det inte fanns rum till oss fast vi bokat i förväg. Vi blev erbjudna boende på Ocean Hut. Städningen där var dålig, papperkorgar som inte var tömda och smutsigt. Hänvisades till att använda duschar och toaletter i hamnen vilket inte är ok utifrån det pris man får betala. Positivt var tillgång till det fina spaet då det var öppet och där personalen var serviceminded. Vad gäller utbudet på frukosten så fanns det mer att önska. "

Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs.
