"Loved its location and the great view I had from my patio. The check in was not good. Very slow. Liked accommodations except for our bed. It was a Murphy bed and was very hard, not comfortable."

"Hotel is top notch, staff was very helpful and thoughtful. I locked my key in the room, they didnt blink, new key, no fuss. My room was clean and the bed, comfortable. I didnt need to touch the environmental controls, room was a perfect 70° Thank you Ruby River."

"This was an amazing hotel and spa to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and stocked with amenities. We were able to enjoy Canmore/Banff and surrounding areas and unwind with the use of the spa. My only regret is not trying the restaurant. We would come back and stay here without question."
