After driving 11 hours straight - I wanted food, a bath and sleep. So I slept with balcony door partly open to cool room down. "

"There was a plumbing issue even though someone came and tried to fix it. They said it’s fixed and while we’re sleeping, there was water leaking under the toilet everywhere in the room. When I called the front desk, they said they don’t have anyone available to come and fix it right now."
