"Hilda’s Hideaway was the perfect getaway for our 4th of July weekend. The cabin is cozy and a great spot to enjoy all activities in the area. The cabin was very clean and included everything needed for our weekend. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the loft with the king bed. It was very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to all my questions and were very helpful with suggestions on what to do on the area. We look forward to a return visit! Thanks again to Morgan (and her...

"The host was super easy to work with, the views are incredible. The cabin is very peaceful and very easy access to all the popular waterfalls and hikes nearby."

"Clean, comfortable cabin that was the perfect size for a couple. Very well appointed home in the forest, in close proximity to mountains and hiking."

"I can’t recommend this property enough. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Don’t skip the spa, it’s worth the experience. My husband and I will be back."

"Awesome place! Accommodations were great and the snacks and drinks provided were a huge hit since it was so late when we finally got there. The event we came in to town for was about an hour away but it was so nice having a secluded place where all you hear is nature and can enjoy the peace of Gods country. Hope to make it back one of these days. "

"There was no lake view. I guess because of the drought. The place was a lot smaller than I thought. Looked bigger online. Ants everywhere. Dining room table very sticky, washed it several times and still very sticky. But overall we had a nice stay. There were no mosquitoes bc there was no pond so we sat outside and enjoyed the weather for the most part."

"Nice clean house with adequate room for the 8 of us traveling for our daughter’s wedding at nearby Gaines Lodge. Kitchen was enough to allow us to prepare food for the wedding as well. The fridge was big enough to hold all that food. The kids used the game room while the grandparents used the back deck to enjoy the sunshine. Loved that it was so close to Table Rock State Park."

"I had a wonderful time at this home. I loved that everything was labeled and detailed. There was no guessing which switch went to which light, how to turn on the tv, or even lock the doors. I also hiked two trails on the property and found them better labeled than some of the state park hikes I did this weekend. It is wonderful that I got to experience the serenity of the acreage. Outside of those things the house would fit 4 people (there is a bedroom with a half bath and an office with a futon...

"Such a nice place for a week long get away.Had all the essentials that were listed and very spacious!"

"My husband and I had the most amazing experience! We needed this getaway to recenter and balance our marriage. The French cottage reminded us of our times in France. So thoughtfully decorated with beautiful details. We will be back again!!"

"It was the perfect little cabin for the weekend."
