  • Guests have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located behind the Bayfront condo buildings. It is available for fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Kontiki Beach Resort condo 324 is located on the third floor on the southside corner. Its bay window overlooks the pool. A party of four can be accommodated in this unit which includes a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a recliner.

Been a Kontiki fan since the 80’s

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought my mom to Rockport for the annual Hummerbird Festival. The property is a lot like we remember it from the 80’s. We’ve stayed in both the “hotel side and the condo side” over the years. This particular room could’ve been cleaner. The shower/bath should’ve had the safety bars and grips on the tub floors for safety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and reminisced about the old days and the fish we caught on the pier.
