Just a 3-minute drive or about a 15-minute walk to Mayo Clinic, with nearby bike trails, Quarry Hill, and shared outdoor amenities including a garden and picnic areas. The space includes a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and 55” Smart TV with cable. The Loft features warm farm-inspired décor and Highland cow touches throughout. It’s part of Rose’s Village, a collection of four unique stays across two neighboring homes on East Center Street. Guests have private access to the entire upper-level apartment. Entry is through a shared front vestibule with a private keypad-secured entrance to the Loft. You’ll also have a dedicated parking space and access to shared Rose’s Village amenities, including the garden, picnic and outdoor seating areas, and on-site laundry. We respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy the space independently, but we’re nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Concrete work is expected during September, with completion currently scheduled around October 5. The project is not expected to significantly impact your stay, but there may be daytime construction noise and temporary changes or limitations to vehicle access. City construction is outside our control, but we’ll do our best to accommodate guests and provide updated parking and access instructions as conditions change. Please also note that Rose’s Barnhouse Loft is the upper unit of a duplex. Outdoor spaces and laundry facilities are shared with other Rose’s Village guests.
