The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!

It was a lovely, sweet, newly painted and decorated small house. Absolutely no complaints. Being a large person, I appreciated the large furniture. Particularly the luxurious double recliner couch! Kitchen had everything we needed to pull together several big family meals. Even some herbs and spices, friendly neighbors and lovely neighborhood. Would definitely come again. simple check-in and good communications all around. Thank you!

Cheryl was quick to respond to my inquiries and was accommodating with meeting my needs. The neighbors were friendly, and very kind. We brought our dog and took him on multiple walks daily and met many of the people in the neighborhood. The home was perfect for your gathering to celebrate my MILs 90th birthday. This was perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. The back yard was fenced in so they could safely run around. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed. The driveway was narrow but it is long enough for 3 cars. The neighborhood is very safe. We would stay again for sure.
