"I have stayed at this location twice due to my son attending RIT. This will be the only hotel i will frequent for 4 years."

"Seemed to be construction happening on my floor until about 10:30 pm. Was not at all a quiet experience and frankly unsettling. "

"We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful. Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel."

"Our room had a very noisy HVAC system, no microwave oven and our floor had no ice machine. On top of that, the pool was closed."

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"The staff is super sweet and responsive! The breakfast is not so good, so bring breakfast snacks. :P"
