My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street. "The property description is highly inaccurate. There is no buffet breakfast, no pool bar, no beach bar, no beach restaurant, no fitness center. The pool closes every day from 1 pm to 4:30 pm. That is prime swimming time for my family. The place is old and run-down. The positives include a beach front property (30 minutes from Messina train station), beautiful sunsets, espresso and gelato bars, and an pretty seafood restaurant."

"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,haben oft gefragt ob alles passt. Cons: Beim Duschen wird viel Wasser vergeudet,da es zwischendrin immer wieder kalt kommt u.man es länger laufen lassen muß bis es wieder warm kommt. Ich persönlich hätte mir in der Küchenausstattung Kochlöffel u.evtl.eine Salatschüssel u.Salatbesteck gewünscht."
