"The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this property, do yourself a favor and ask about their olive oil that they produce, really great product! "

"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere. "
