Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. "Tipico casale di montagna immerso nel verde del parco dei castelli romani dotato di un grande giardino a prova di gatto in quanto recintato ad arte. Inoltre è presente un gattile esterno completamente recintato a parte comunicante con l'interno della villa adatto per gatti casalinghi. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort. Il silenzio che regna dona sonni rigeneranti e massimo relax. A due passi da Roma, posto adatto soprattutto per gli amanti della natura! Consiglio a tutti!"
