"My wife and I enjoyed our stay as usual. My only critique would be that the bed was a bit firm for my wife’s comfort. I on the other hand, prefer a firm mattress. The staff was cheerful and attentive. We will continue to utilize the Tropicana Suites when we return to the area."

"The staff is exceptionally nice 👍. The room was excellent. Clean and roomy (except the bathroom). Quiet with nice balcony and view. The neighborhood was a little ify, but tolerable. Plenty of banks and ATM'S. All in all we were very comfortable, and would stay there again. "

"I gave 5 stars to this place! Clean and neat, nice spacious room, great location! A lot to do around. Casino right in front of the entrance! Many bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The only one thing can be improved, a/c unit in the room is way old. Upgraded silent and efficient a/c and room got 6 stars then! "

"A little dated as with many hotels in the Ermita/Malate area but a good location, friendly staff and good restaurant make the Manila Lotus an easy choice, especially for the price. My only quibble is having no top sheet but only one blanket in addition to the bottom sheet."
