"Mattress felt like a cheap IKEA mattress. Shower looked like it was from star wars. Receptionist acted like I was stupid because I was trying to get the TV guide to come up by pushing the button that said guide. She said you have to push 1. Well, how about letting the rest of us know. Was far from impressed. Will not stay there again."

"My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids! Thanks to the beautiful hotel and it's wonderful employees. ❤️ thank you"
