However, the price of the Sheraton was extremely high on my previous trip, so I searched for another accommodation and found Holiday Inn Express Milan-Malpensa. The cost performance was suitable and affordable for the stay. So, I was happy basically with my stay. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very supportive and friendly. One thing I would like to ask for improvement is to allocate a safety box in each room."

"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. The hotel is only 1 1/2 miles from the airport and they drop you off right at your departure airline. Thanks to all at for a wonderful time at Hotel Villa Malpensa. Sincerely, Patrick & Cassie "
