"The location of the property was great, the apartment itself was very nice, as were the amenities the apartment provide. The building itself was great from the pool, elevator, to parking. Though the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. Half eaten food in the freezer, dirty dishes, mold growing in the drinkware, and every washable fabric smelling like set in mildew made our stay not all it could have been. We felt the need to go buy detergent to re-wash, and a new dish sponge to...

"The property was beautiful and clean, and the location was great. We had to wait longer than expected for check-in, but our room was very tidy and clean. The building had security 24/7 and all the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here if your visiting Playa del Carmen."
