First floor: bedroom 2 (3 single beds 90 x 200 cm, washbasin), bedroom 3 (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm) with en-suite shower room, bedroom 4 (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), bedroom 5 (3 single beds 90 x 200 cm), bedroom 6 (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, cot + cot table), bathroom (shower and corner bath), separate WC, English billiards (adult and children's) on the mezzanine above the living room. Underfloor heating (air source heat pump) included. Bed linen provided (supplement of €50 if beds are made).
Breakfast basket available for €9 per person for groups of 10 or more.
Full package at €320: beds made upon arrival, towels, complete cleaning (no need to make beds, tidy up, or take out the trash). Domaine de la Coulombrière is a 1-hectare property of meadows and woods reserved for the gîte. A perfect family gîte, everything is designed to keep children entertained, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety for young children and peace and tranquility for adults.

Private traditional outdoor sauna with a stone stove. It is private and has 3 loungers for 6 to 7 people. The sauna is in the garden; the shower is inside the house. In-house massage available for an additional fee.
