"To say my stay was pleasant and satisfying is a gross understatement. The staff in particular were nothing short of outstanding. They were very kind to me as I have been battling some health issues. They made sure I was very comfortable and made my stay so very relaxing and enjoyable. Andrea in particular treated me with profound kindness that I will never forget. And the hotel is so very very clean! The pool is clean: the attention to detail here at the Tropicql Palms is obvious. You guys make sure every want and need is met with a smile. I am sure I will be back to St Pete and here is where I will be hanging my hat. Thank you everyone here at the Tropicql Palms."

"We booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to Bush Gardens. We were told at check in there was no shuttle because it broke down. We asked for compensation and got nothing. We then had to pay for a Lyft each time we went to the park. The restaurant was not open any of the days we were there. The complementary breakfast was fair at most. The area surrounding the hotel did not look safe to walk anywhere. The green space and pool at the hotel were very nice. The rooms were very large and had a separate seating area which was a plus. "
