I own a recreational / competitive gymnastics team in California. We came to Knoxville for the AAU National Gymnastics Championships. Simply stated we are here for work but wanted to take a little extra time to enjoy the Knoxville area. "Great location, building is very quiet. Older charming space but very worn- some of towels were old and stained- but cleanSheets clean but also with some stains . Slightly uneven floors so would not rent if balance issues. Parking is tight but a great benefit of apartment. Easy walk to university campus and 15 min walk to Market Place "

"We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....
