The home was probably built in the early 1900s and it shows.The game room pictured is a converted garage or barn with no insulation or heat. Bring your coats!Small is inadequate to describe the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. "Margaret is an excellent host. We arrived after 2am due to flight delays and easily accessed the house. This property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be and the location is very quiet. We look forward to staying again next time we’re in town."

"This is our second time staying in one of these rooms! This one was perfect for me and my two teens. The rooms are very basic but updated with everything we need and have some cute beach-themed touches. Both times we have been very comfortable. The location is convenient to everything by a very short drive (not super walkable but it’s also not in the tsunami inundation zone either, which helps ME sleep sounder!). We’ll definitely be back again!"

"On-site manager happened to be present on the property and was very helpful. The actual name of the units were different than the Expedia listing. It is not called “Retro beach experience,” so it was somewhat confusing. "The view was as described - wonderful. However, the property did not meet the description. It has huge potential but needs updating to compare to other options. There was a smell my family called musty sweaty socks - probably from the carpet. I thought I smelled pets. The beds are full size, not queens as I think should be. So we barely slept and left as soon as we got up."
