"This is one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had. Arrived at the place and it was fairly easy to get in, there was also an air con unit which is positive. I thought it was good when I was first in but sadly that is where the positives end. There was grotty false eyelashes all over the food prep area, which was disgusting. When I flagged to the team they essentially said 'noted'. There was loud music which I assumed was the pub next door, it wasn't terrible just classic central london...

"Very clean property. Restaurant food was good. Staff went above and beyond for everything. Only problem was water not hot enough in shower."

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."
