"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay."

"The property needs to be upgraded & changed to charge the customers for the price. Many things were not working after we had checked in. Some appliances are dirty & outdated."

"The price"

"This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,"

"Great property, especially with someone who has large dogs. Was perfect for everything we wanted to do in DC. All problems were resolved quickly, communication was fantastic and they do their best to keep a secure, and secure. Thank you Rhianna and Corey from us MO folks!"

"Perfect place to stay!"
