The door lock was broken next day we check in. Arcade machine doesn't work. The host resolve the door problem with a physical key instead of combination look.

Wasted money and weekend. Disappointed kids! Paid over $1000 and was there late Friday because of there bad customer care and left early Sunday because everything was booked or couldn’t do because stuck with dog bc last minute travel
