The hairdryer didn’t work and then we woke up with Aunt and us in our bed all over my child and myself and they did nothing to help us no refund no change of room no nothing it was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. I recommend you looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a place to stay"

"I have no complaints. Our stay was wonderful plus we were surprised about the breakfast it was wonderful with lots of choices. A big plus was the location of this hotel. You can walk to everything that you need. Good restaurants, shops and even movie theater. There is also a walking trail that is amazing with beautiful views of the lake and even a rose garden. You will not be disappointed"

"Everything was really amazing! The only issue had to do with our neighbors on Friday night that came in late and we're super noisy, playing music loud and talking loud. The next morning they were up around 6-630 am and the same thing. Lots voices and out in the hallway singing and dancing. I don't think we were the only ones to complain either. Not the hotels fault, but it was an issue"
