"Our stay was very nice. Two issues: We received a VIP benefit of a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. When I asked at the front desk, they said it was already in the refrigerator in our room. It wasn't, but they gave it to me at the front desk with two coupons for buy one get one free margaritas which was very nice of them. The amount of elevators they have for the floors of retail/restaurants which are open to the public and the amount of floors is not adequate at all. We had to wait multiple times in non peak hours for elevators with enough room. Also, there are no back elevators so you will sometimes have to make the choice of riding with commercial trash cans that smell or waiting for 1-3 more elevators. Would also be nice if they would have a hot tub to use year rounds."
