"Great location, beautiful, clean room, helpful staff. Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. Partial sea view room was spacious and comfortable, but the view was mainly of the huge Hyatt hotel. Overall a wonderful stay in a vibrant part of the city."

"I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."

"We loved our stay at the Pera Palace hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The hotel team quickly gathered our bags and we didn't touch them until they were safely deposited in our room. The front desk staff was informative about amenities and breakfast offerings, and we were given rose tea to drink while they checked us in. We were taken up to our room in the historic elevator since it was our first time staying in the hotel-such a neat feature. Our room was upgraded to the Greta Garbo suite (which was lovely). Water pressure and temp were excellent, which we had not experienced at other hotels during this trip, so that was a massive plus. We made use of the jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna, which were clean and quiet. We also ate in the parlor area after a long day of touring the city, and in the restaurant as well. All the meals we had were excellent and the service was over the top amazing- the staff recognized us and were friendly every time they saw us in and out of the restaurant. All the staff speak English, and they have a neat gift shop and museum features that we also perused, including the historic Ataturk suite- a lovely exhibition. The hotel is located an easy cab ride from most of the signature attractions of Istanbul, and was close to food and shopping. Shoutout to Ahmet, Esma, Umut, Ergün, Honde, Selim, and the entire team who made us smile (thanks also to housekeeping for the delightful chocolates)! Looking forward to next time!"

"Let me just say if you didn’t know you wanted to stay at a real palace and be treated like royalty, now you need to add that to your bucket list! I originally booked a regular room (I was already happy that the hotel was a functioning palace and I booked it mostly for the Turkish Hamman) but was offered an upgrade at the suite on the Palace side facing the Bosphorus - I am thankful to the sweet lady at the reception that told me about it. The entire butler team, led by Necmeddin along with Erhan, Goksel and Ayhan are impeccable when it comes to customer service (think what you expect to get at a 3 Michelin star restaurant) - and I have stayed at many nice hotels. They always go above and beyond to ensure my parents and I had the most memorable experience, even though it was only for one night. I was left speechless how thoughtful and sweet they all are to ensure the entire experience was as special as possible and of the highest standard - (even the last part with the type of VIP taxi for transfer) and I’m someone that doesn’t get impressed easily given my extensive travel experiences. I would definitely come back to stay the palace suite again for a special occasion - money well spent for the unforgettable and the rare experience you get. Now I need to start looking at where else in the world that I can stay in a real palace!"

"I stayed at Titanic City Taksim during a trip to Istanbul for dental work, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I arrived before check-in and the staff welcomed me right away, even bringing me a glass of juice while they prepared my room. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, and my room was just as impressive—comfortable bed, great city view, and an updated bathroom with a rainfall shower and plenty of amenities like slippers, toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had read some complaints about noise, but I barely heard anything from other rooms. Outside noise felt normal for a lively city like Istanbul. The room was a bit warm at times, but opening the window brought in cool air and solved it easily. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, and many Turkish options. The location near Taksim Square made it easy to explore, and I always felt safe walking around. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept everything spotless. I’ll be returning to Istanbul soon, and I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended."
