"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free."

"Hi, it was a great hotel. We had to upgrade our room as the one we got faces a dump truck and train tracks. The staff didn’t explain that we had to use our discount coupon at the time of ordering room service and not at check out so we lost that money. Other than that great location and property."

"The room was clean but more importantly is in a very good location near the main train station and old town. The lady on reception when we arrived wasn’t particularly welcoming and seemed in a bad mood, but other than that all good. A bit of a strange configuration of the room where a curtain separates the shower room. External shutters mean the room is very dark when shut which is good and was very quiet."
