"I had zero communication ahead of time. None. They had my card on file but not check info. I had to contact support who contacted them. Said I needed to pay and sent a payrequest outside of VRBO. I paid it and no directions or check in details. Contacted again. They send a link with directions to the next town. "We loved the apartment with a great host who is very helpful. Clean, roomy, great view. The downside in the summer is no air conditioning. You must choose between the ocean breeze with the windows open or close the windows to keep out the fantastic local live band and bar noises that run late into the night and begin again at 6am."
