After facing so many challenges with Italians who don’t speak English, we do appreciate her , thank you, so close to the train station, the room was warm , thank you 😊 they could have put coffee machine in the room, it would have been great ! "This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will definitely come back again !! "
