"Location, clean."

"They gave us a faulty key that broke in half inside the lock of our door on our first night which locked us out of our room for a while. Their “emergency line” doesn’t work and we even tried contacting them through what’s app and Expedia chat as well. We had neighbors upstairs who tried helping us with the door and they said they didn’t get the room they paid for which also led to a bad experience with this property. The worst part of this stay was how disrespectful and rude the receptionist...

"Everything was great. The location is just perfect. The only issue was that the air conditioning units had all black mold inside and on the fins that caused a moldy smell in the room. I was able to clean the fins but not inside the units."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Porto. The location is spectacular with a great view. The neighborhood has many restaurants and convience stores to stock the apartment. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Thanks too for the complimentary coffee capsules and the fully stocked refrigerator with so many items. The charge for these items was so minimal too.
