"The staff is always very helpful, cheery and accomodating. Checkin is always a breeze, the shuttle for the Gastronomic Route is efficient and reliable to take us to quality food options (rePUBlic is a favourite) and the breakfast is healthy, plentiful and well cared for by the staff (Minor was a kind and caring manager of the food and gave us nice insights into the various fruits available). Bravo team Alajuela HI."

"I had an excellent stay at this small hotel. The hosts are nicely kind and welcoming. I add ied around 11:00pm and the host opened the gate for me and showed me my room. My room had a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and clean bathroom. In the morning I loved sitting outside in the courtyard with coffee and breakfast. There are 2 wonderful dogs and a cat. My shared shuttle picked me up the next day and the transition was smooth and easy. "
