"I rented this home for a month while searching for permanent housing, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location in Rio Rancho is very convenient, close to everything, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The hosts were excellent — friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay.The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The washer and dryer were excellent, the large TV with Fire Stick was great for relaxing evenings, and the master bed was incredibly comfortable!Even though I didn’t need all four bedrooms, the home was perfect — clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into.It’s also worth mentioning that I had originally booked a different VRBO property that fell through at the last minute. I was disappointed at first, but in hindsight, it turned out for the best — this home was far better and truly a pleasure to stay in.Highly recommend this property and these hosts!"

"My siblings, spouses and I stayed for our 92 year old mother's funeral service. We stayed 2 nights in the most beautiful, peaceful home that felt truly like a HOME. The amenities were very thoughtful for anyone who stays there. That was so appreciated. The views were another story altogether! BEAUTIFUL sunset views over an open land.
