Ideally located, Very peaceful, All mod cons, nice.This is an independent house land roof 72 sqm fully air conditioned (inverter heat pump and air conditioning), satellite TV, in the woods but at 500 meters from the beach (the beach is the one with the small island called Ortano Sea) which is reached through a wooded path. Annexed to the house there are 5,000 square meters of land (vineyards and arable land) with a large sun terrace of 100 square meters in porphyry equipped with barbeque and covered with waterproof tent for 60 sqm, 2 parking spaces outside shower. Internally comprises: large kitchen and living room with two beds very comfortable, double sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, double bedroom. Max 5 beds (4+1)

Katastrophe

Fewo war nicht sauber, möbel waren verrostet bzw verschimmelt.Küchenfronten klebrig vor dreck. Zufahrt zur fewo eine katastrophe. Alle wasserhäne waren defekt/undicht. Permanent ist die sicherung geflogen. Vermieter hatte keine lust sich auf englisch zu unterhalten. Per telefon hat er bewießen das er es kann. Uns wurde noch vorgeworfen warum wir nach elba fahren und nicht italienisch sprechen. Bisher die schlechteste wohnung die wir in den letzten 10 jahren gebucht hatten.

Tranquillità in casa immersa nel verde

Peccato per la pulizia scadente laddove l'occhio non arriva, la TV satellitare che prende solo un canale, la macchina per il caffè Gaggia non funzionante e l'attrezzatura minimal. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la posizione in mezzo al verde e la tranquillità, a pochi passi dal mare e belle passeggiate (sentiero dell'amore). Il cane era felice di poter giocare in libertà. Ottimo l'impianto di aria condizionata. Proprietario super gentile e premuroso. Abbiamo trascorso bellissime vacanze.

Een mooi huis, maar helaas niet goed te bereiken door de steile, niet geasfalteerde weg er naar toe. Met minder zware auto waarschijnlijk wel te bereiken. Rustige omgeving, heel prettig huis met mooi groot terras.

Tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Come ho detto e consigliato al proprietario gentilissimo, vi sonatoo alcune cose che vanno migliorate, strada di accesso, materassi usurati, e il televisore che quando siamo arrivati noi non funzionava, male da poco.., Fabio il proprietario informato provvedeva.

Non ci torno più

Appartamento isolato raggiungibile attraverso una strada sconnessa fino al campeggio Canapai, dopo si prosegue su una strada sterrata in forte pendenza e piena di buche praticabile solo con un fuoristrada o auto alta da terra. Quindi chi non possiede questo tipo di auto non può raggiungere la casa senza subire danni ed è costretto a parcheggiare a circa 300 Metri in basso e percorrere tutte le volte a piedi una faticosa strada tutta in salita e disconnessa. Tutto ciò non viene spiegato nell'inserzione per l'affitto della casa. Tutto questo ci ha creato grossi problemi soprattutto per caricare e scaricare l'auto. La prima e unica volta che siamo saliti fino alla casa in macchina ha causato la rottura di un aletta sotto l'auto. Il pagamento delle utenze, in particolare dell'energia elettrica €0,70 a Kwh mi è sembrato veramente eccessivo.

Maison emplacement magnifique

La maison se situe en plein espace boisé au calme sans aucun vis à vis La terrasse est spacieuse On est à 1km à pied de la mer , plage bien située L accès à la maison par contre, est laborieux avec peu d’indications hormis les coordonnées GPS qui ne peuvent être notées sur les gps des téléphones A l’intérieur., le lave linge est appréciable Le reste se résume au strict minimum ( pas de micro-ondes, ni beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine ) Sinon notre séjour était très agréable et nous a permis de découvrir l île d Elbe

Bellissima villetta, immersa nel bosco vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Ortano, raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi con un ombreggiato sentiero nel bosco. La casa è pulita, ben tenuta e ha tutto quello che serve, perfettamente funzionante. E' stata una meravigliosa vacanza e il proprietario ha sempre risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre richieste.

Das Appartement liegt idyllisch und an ruhiger Lage mitten in einem kleinen Wäldchen. Es ist von Vorteil, ohne Nobelauto hoch zu fahren. Es war sehr sauber und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschön!

Casa meravigliosa immersa nel verde di boschi di lecci e sughero.A 5minuti dal mare percorrendo un piccolo sentiero ci troviamo nel Golfo di Ortano. Un golfetto ancora diciamo non frequentato dalla massa di gente.La casa appunto è dotata di ogni confort.Aria condizionata grande terrazza per prendere il sole.Per chi preferisce un estate un Po di calma e tranquillità io penso che questa casa sia l'ideale.Dimenticavo forse quello che può dare fastidio al mattino è il cinguettio dei merli ma non credo che possa interessare molto.Buone vacanze a tutti.

Sembrava di essere i montagna quando invece eravamo a due passi dal mare. Posizione ottima sia per partire a fare passeggiata, sia per andare alla spiaggia attrezzata di Ortano. Unico neo il rumore e la musica ad alto volume fino a notte fonda provenienti dal vicino campeggio.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub zu Zweit mit Hunden

Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit wunderbarer großer Terrasse. Lage sehr ruhig am bewaldeten Hang. Unter_und oberhalb nur je ein Haus die zu der Zeit nicht bewohnt waren, also absolut ungestört. Nächster Strand zwar von Gästen der Hotelanlage bevölkert aber 10 Minuten weiter (kletterpartie) eine recht ungestörte Bucht in der sowohl Mensch als auch Hund ungetrübte Badefreuden genießen konnten. Wichtig zu wissen: Zufahrtsstrasse sehr schlecht, also nicht unbedingt für Nobelautos. Entgegen der Beschreibung von FeWo gibt es im Haus auch kein WLAN und auch keine Bettwäsche/Handtücher.

Relax immersi nella tranquillità del bosco, a breve distanza dal mare...

A dieci minuti dal molo di Rio Marina si trova la villetta indipendente di Fabio, immersa nella quiete del bosco e allo stesso tempo prossima alle principali spiagge e località della zona (Topinetti, Barabarca, Nisporto e Nisportino, Lacona, Porto Azzurro, ecc.), con un tempo medio di circa 20-25 minuti dall'abitazione alla spiaggia. Situata in una delle zone meno esasperatamente turistiche dell'Elba, offre la possibilità di una vacanza realmente rilassante, coniugando il piacere di un mare splendido alla tranquillità di una abitazione con tutti i comfort. La villetta è ospitale, con uno splendido solarium esterno e il posto macchina riservato; inoltre, si trova a un paio di chilometri dal supermercato principale di Rio Marina. Ideale per tutti, soprattutto per famiglie. Io, mia moglie e mio figlio ne siamo stati incantati. Vivamente consigliato.

La location immersa nel parco naturale è molto bella silenziosa e rilassante l'ampia terrazza da libertà e la visione sul bosco è unica la casa pulitissima e molto curata offre tutte le comodità X una vacanza gradevolissima, si arriva al mare passando da un percorso ombroso immerso nella macchia mediterranea, lo consiglierò ai miei amici,anche il prezzo è buono! Sole mare quiete relax ,prossimo anno ci torno di sicuro molto bella!!
