I love staying at this spot. It is the second time I stay there with family and friends. It is a safe place and extremely accessible. You can se the christ from the balcony, it’s a 2 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the mall and to many other stores. There are many stores around the area and you can find anything you may need within 5-10 minutes walks. The place is clean, there are no bugs around and everyone is friendly except the receptionist in the afternoon. The night and morning people are super sweet and helpful. The food is great! But it does get repetitive after you have stayed there for a couple of days. So that is one thing I would suggest, to change the breakfast menu every now and then. Other than that I love the place and I definitely recommend.

Bom, mas pode melhorar alguns pontos.

O hostel é muito bonito, está em obras, mas nao atrapalhou a estadia. Nao tem elevador, é importante avisar dificuldade de mobilidade e ter cuidado com o peso da bagagem, tive que subir 3 andades com uma mala grande rs. O microondas e o frigobar estavam com defeito, não fui comunicada, pelo contrário, fui orientada a ligar o frigobar quando chegasse no quarto porque estaria desligado, eu liguei e guardei minhas marmitas, que estragaram porque so vi que nao refrigerou no outro dia. O café da manhã e atendimento são excelentes e limpam o quarto todo dia.

Café da manhã bom, com bolos frescos. Local era bom por ser perto de onde eu precisa. Televisão não funcionava no quarto, não conseguiram fazer os canais funcionarem. Colchão é bom, mas os travesseiros são muito duros. Fiquei com um pouco de dor no pescoço. A toalha tinha cabelo agarrado e estava manchada. O chuveiro é elétrico e como não era um dia de muito calor tive que diminuir o fluxo de água pra poder ter água quente para o banho.

Experiência péssima. Não indicaria!

Pontos positivos: Cama boa, atendimento bom e café ok. Pontos negativos: Fotos não condizem com a realidade. Hotel velho, sujo, todo quebrado, madeiras mal conservadas, cheirando mofo. Ar condicionado do quarto não desligava, descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava a ponto de eu ter que pegar o lixo, encher d’água e jogar para escoar (nunca imaginei fazer isso em hotel, por mais simples que seja). Quarto fedendo a mofo, sem ventilação. Janela da para um corredor, o que impede a abertura, já que há passagem de pessoas. Hotel não possui elevador, apenas escada, caso necessite. Travesseiros e roupas de cama razoáveis. Toalhas velhas.

Hotel simples, porém poderia ser melhor

Sabíamos que o hotel era simples, mas a falta de uma janela no banheiro foi algo surpreendente, só teria secador de cabelo se fosse pedir na recepção, no quarto era muito apertado, não tinha guarda roupa, as malas ficavam no chão e dificultava locomoção, tinha que andar de lado, uma janela no quarto somente para circular o ar, tinha quartos maiores onde deveriam ser hospedados casais, lá informaram que estavam em reforma, tomara que melhore quando finalizar

Achei o banheiro bem pequeno, precisei entrar e tomar banho de lado. Também tinha o cheiro bem forte de esgoto. Também estava em obra e os pedreiros passavam rindo e conversando bem alto pelos corredores, onde me atrapalhava ao trabalhar do quarto. Recepção ok, café da manhã ok tb.

O quarto é muito pequeno, mal cabe a cama, cama ruim, banheiro ridiculamente pequeno, nao da para tomar banho, eu nunca tinha um banheiro extremamente pequeno, um horror, alem disso o quarto era fedido, sem nenhuma ventilacao, porta de entrada do hotel super estreita, escada inacessível, íngreme e estreita, horrível de subir, acesso aos quartos tambem, tudo horrível, decepção total, nenhuma informacao antecipada sobre o que estavamos alugando, levamos um choque ao ver aquilo, péssimo

O hostel é muito bem localizado, camas confortáveis, chuveiro quente, café da manhã bom! Hotel não tem fachada alguma, é uma porta estreita, tive dificuldade em encontrar. Difícil acesso para subir com malas, dois lances de escadas super estreitos. Achei que o local tinha estacionamento, mas não, o mais próximo é um privado no Ibis, R$25/diária. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, lençóis de cama velhos, travesseiro horrível, cheiro desagradável, toalhas de banho super finas. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Não voltaria, melhor ficar no Ibis que fica do outro lado da rua.

O local é totalmente desconfortável. O quarto e do tamanho de uma vaga de carro e o,banheiro e do tamanho de uma vaga de moto. A única janela do quarto da para o corretor de frente para outra janela de outro quarto. O corredor é muito estreito. Os extintores de incêndio estão posicionamos irregularmente, fora dos padrões exigidos pelo Corpo de Bombeiros. Privacidade nenhuma. Você escuta todos os vizinhos conversando. Até da para escutar a recepção. Outro problema gravíssimo e acessibilidade do local. Escadas enormes e estreitar. Varias armadilhas no caminho. Caso você seja caderante, idoso ou qualquer outro problema de locomoção nunca entre nesse lugar. Funcionários sem máscaras. Evidente que ali não tem nenhuma estrutura para hospedagem. Em caso de um possível incêndio não há saídas de emergência ou espaço suficiente para fulga. Café da manhã inapropriado não tem quase nada. Essa semana estarei acionando a Prefeitura, Vigilância Sanitária e Corpo de bombeiros para avaliação do local que certamente será autuado.

Como um hostel low budget cumpre o que promete. Simples, porém bem arrumado e limpo. Funcionários são educados e prestativos. Mas o local poderia, mesmo de forma econômica, dar um pouquinho mais de comodidade. O papel higiênico no banheiro do quarto compartilhado era da pior qualidade. Acho que não custaria muito também deixar ao menos um sabonete líquido e uma toalha de rosto no banheiro. E ok cobrar 5 reais pela toalha, mas que ao menos tenha um local onde seja possível seca-la. Enfim, nada que estrague a experiência, mas alguns cuidados a mais seriam bem vindos.

Would not stay here for money

AC dropping in the bed. Soaking 50% of the bed with water.. even if i show proof of payment the forced me to pay again, so i paid twice. When i questioned this the manager got really defensive and told me to go find another place. Internet not working. Would not stay here again. Pictures are very missleading. Not as nice as it looks. Try to find another place.
