The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. "Staff friendly and very accommodating, great rooms, bar and evening meal excellent. Breakfast lovely. View to thr sea is beautiful. Everything was perfect 👌 no complaints from us."

"We like the convenience of the hotel and the beds and rooms are nicely clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. However the reception staff are not that friendly and will ignore you unless you speak directly to them. I am unused to that in a hotel reception. It would be good if they were more welcoming and proactively pleasant. And although the breakfast is included it is just cereal and breads. The full breakfast is a bit of a disappointment and I recommend going elsewhere."

"Staff, food, general bar and entertainment areas all good. Some seats in lift areas on each floor would be helpful for people with mobility issues and parking was a problem. Room was a bit basic even for a standard twin and the beds were extremely narrow but it was well set out and clean."

"Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting family in Cliftonville over the past 2.5 years. If we were being picky then asked for decaf tea but actually given green tea, so had to be thrown away and no cranberry juice at the bar. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and definitely where we will be staying when we visit again. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel."
