"Overall it's a simple, clean hotel and I would recommend it for a stay that cost less than other places. But it was still pricey given it was near Lookout Mountain. Additionally, the elevator button was broken to the first floor, so we had to use the stairs going down. It took 24 hours to fix it. Not good for people who have a hard time with stairs. I'll never understand why some hotels are only built with one elevator. Free breakfasts are never great, but this one really not good. Tasted funky, nothing packaged for on the go, there were less choices than similar hotels, and I didn't like the coffee in the machine. But the air worked, the shower worked, and it was clean."
