"It was not clean as I expected"

"Everything went perfect. People were really helpful there. They treat you nice places, nice and clean the best."

"They do not do housekeeping and found some insects in the room. Nothing major, but I would have appreciated it if they had done housekeeping. In the middle of nowhere, with no good coffee shops nearby."

"We like our stay at Best Western Escondido. It has a good location, close to the freeway and close to Vista and Carlsbad. The buffet breakfast is also great. Our room is clean and we are close to the vending machine and ice too. Only thing is that you have to request for lotion in the front desk."

"Asked to check in early and was told $20 fee for about an hour ahead of time. Did not see any signage covering this, so kind of wondered if legit, but needed to let kids get settled after long travel day. Hotel was great location for old town Temecula, and rooms were what we expected from images and website. Pool looked nice but had about 30+ people in and around the pool area. "Reasonably clean property, a little run-down but it was an affordable and appropriate place to stay for a short night. I would not recommend for its luxury or amenities, but I would recommend for its functionality and free parking. The staff were also kind and helpful, they allowed for early check-in and were very accommodating. The price was also the best in the area, so I recommend it for its affordability!"
