"Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Adults only
"Clean and comfortable bedroom. Staff were very polite and helpful.However at times there appeared to be a staff shortage particularly in the bars Breakfast was good quality and variety. Pool was good with plenty of sunbeds available. The bar soft furnishings were worn and dirty."

"Staff on reception fantastic andrea was very nice and sociable room excellent size only downfall would be the cleaners only attending on one out of the five days we was there other than that great time great location and i will come back again!"

Luxmar Apartments by MC
"Very friendly staff,Vicki and Maria and the 2 guys were excellent. Always there to help if you needed it. The apartments need some TLC but I'm sure with MC taking over that will happen soon. Overall you get for what u pay for."
