"Fantastic place. Best location. Good people,. Room was very comfortable. The town itself is the best place to be at to explore the Moselle valley regions. Why 4 stars? Like everywhere else in Germany, the AC was poor. Almost non existent. World over .. if the hotel says AC, it means it cools the room at night. Here I almost expected that it wont and it did not. Cant give 5 stars."

"Very fine hotel, a place we like to come back to. Rooms are spacious, the only thing we missed was a water kettle and some large mucks to make an cup of tea (as we're are tea drinkers but coffee goes the same). The hotel knows where our rooms 341-342-343 are looking out over, a courtesy question of we had any problem with that would have given the option for us not having "this view" and others we do not mind could have been in these rooms."

Deutsch Das Berghotel Kristall wirkt vom ersten Moment an beruhigend, eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft mit weitem Blick. Die Einrichtung ist warm und durchdacht, mit sanftem Licht, gemütlichen Sitzbereichen und einladenden Rückzugsorten. Große Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und verstärken die entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Mahlzeiten sind einfach und gut, im Bistro-Stil serviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Besonders angenehm ist die 24-Stunden-Vertrauensstation mit Snacks, Getränken und kostenlosem Wasser. "Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
