"The property is on the 3rd floor. No elevator, so if you’re older, it may present a problem. Even so, it is a BEAUTIFUL place. Very modern, looks new, and AMAZING view! So close to the beach (1 block), plenty of restaurants, things for kids to do (multiple play parks). Very friendly area. Parking is provided for free. Will surely stay there again."

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Größe für 4 Personen. Zu beachten bei der Aufteilung ist, dass in dem einen Zimmer 3 Betten und in dem kleinen Zimmer ein Bett ist. Auch im Wohnzimmer ist noch eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit (Couch) auf der man gut schlafen kann. Alle Betten sind bequem. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.
