Clean, stylishly unique rooms. Piero the host was kind enough to drop off a pastry and OJ every morning otherwise you would need to go out for breakfast.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au dernier étage du Demo hôtel. La terrasse et l’appartement étaient incroyables. Le personnel de l’endroit est super chaleureux. L’endroit est proche de tout. Il est facile de se déplacer en voiture et en vélo ou trottinette électrique. Nous recommandons à 1000%. :)

Camera ampissima e ottimamente arredata, il paradiso degli interior designer. Struttura finemente rivista da qualche anno, a San Giuliano Mare, con vista parco e su strada privata, quindi estremamente silenziosa. Sicuramente tappa da ripetere se nuovamente in zona

Struttura bellissima e tutto perfetto

Raramente ho trovato una sistemazione così confortevole e ben organizzata. Si tratta di una piccola struttura con una decina di suite tutte diverse e tutte bellissime, è una sorta di show-room vivibile. Bellissima anche l'area comune (dove ho potuto fermare per lavorare con la possibilità di avere snack e bevande) e super gentile l'host. La struttura comunque permette di fare tutto da remoto senza persone. Davvero da provare!
