"The cabin was cozy and had a beautiful view of the river! Loved the sunroom. Had a great time playing all of their games at the big table! TV worked great! Air conditioner was great and stayed cool! We loved taking the kayak and canoe down to the river. It is a little bit of a walk. Right near the Caverns. Comfy beds! One bedroom is outside and down the stairs, but there is a small bathroom there. Overall we had a great time! Beautifully decorated!"

"We had an absolute wonderful time! It was so relaxing and the descriptions were spot on. After reading the reviews, we brought our foam mattress cover for the bed and it made a big difference. The public fishing spot near the cabin is also a boat launch spot so we had some traffic while fishing but we still caught some fish! Rivers Edge is also on the corner lot so we felt it was very private and highly recommend! The hot tub was also a perfect touch. 10/10 vacation! Thanks Tony! "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The descriptions and pictures are 100% accurate. The cottage appears to be completely (and possibly recently) refurbished as everything was up to date, modern and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the game room was fun. Whilevwe didn't get to use the hot tub, it's in a perfect place to enjoy the view from the lower deck. "I wish all hotels in it's class were like this one..Newly renovated, clean, and you can just feel management cares, many nice touches. They also have a restaurant for breakfast that was maybe the best breakfast I've ever had. They have all the breakfast classics, but everything we had was high quality and delicious, and the service was excellent."

"We had a lot of fun with our two kiddos and our dog and the property outdoors was gorgeous- so many birds and cool wildlife to watch. A few things that probably should be mentioned in the listing is that while the property may be "private" to Nina, the owner/host, the river access is shared with the other rental up the lane as well as the surrounding neighborhood. If you have your dog, bring the leash at all times as we ran into situations several times where someone showed up with another dog and we had to run back up to the house, which is a solid 5-7 minute run/fast walk to get the leash. The house was also not cleaned, it looked as if it had been empty for a few months with no cleaning. Again, a river property with charm, but could have been a little bit cleaner, a little clearer around what private river access meant, and I do not believe both beds are queen sized, one was a double. For the price, the rental conveyed we would have the river access to ourselves, which is not the case."

"Nice, quiet and private, we sat outside and heard the birds, a few airplanes flew over now and again, but so nice and quiet. I really liked the soft bed, felt so good and slept well. My wife enjoyed the hot tub, For me, they are a waste of time. :-) but I know every one else loves them. The kitchen and living room was nice and tasteful. We wanted time to sleep, sit and read, and rest. It was great for that. I was pleasantly surprised what great food we found in Lurray. Did not take time to go sightseeing, we just wanted to rest and we found that."
