Guests have private access to the entire apartment on the 5th floor. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
Lāčplēša iela runs through the lively heart of Riga`s historic centre, between the Quiet Centre with its Art Nouveau buildings and the Old Town. Restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets are all around.

Getting around
Public transport: tram, trolleybus and bus stops are a short walk away – the Old Town is about 5 minutes by public transport, or an easy walk.

Taxi: Bolt and other ride-hailing apps work everywhere in Riga; an average ride in the centre costs around 5 EUR.

Parking: paid street parking in the area.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Parking: no private parking. Nearest car park: Snabb Barona Centrs, Krišjāņa Barona iela 46 – €2 per hour, €12 per day, €150 per month (no weekly rate); pay in the Snabb app or at the machine. Street parking around the building is paid city parking (Rīgas satiksme): €1–3 per hour depending on the zone on the street signs, paid Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–17:00, free on Sundays and public holidays. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
