"If you work at the front desk you represent the hotel brand. Think her name was Maria, she was rude and unprofessional. The beds were comfortable, only redeeming aspect of this hotel. Lousy service, people need some major training!!! It was a disappointment and for spending $150 a night I expect more. I would really recommend the manager relook at their hiring and training process!!!"

"Easy stay for a quick trip. Gym equipment and machines didn’t work. Laundry room was out of service. Elevator kept breaking. Smelled like weed and people smoking weed right outside the lobby. Checked into room and didn’t have hand soap and sink drain was clogged. Got moved to a different room and that room didn’t have hand soap or shower soap- had to get it replaced. Sheets had stains on them"

"The property was clean, it was easy to communicate with the staff as I had to check in late and the facilities are well maintained. Decent gym and everything was convenient."
