After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left behind an item I’ve had since childhood. I didn’t notice until I was already back at school, and both my mom and I called desperately, hoping it hadn’t been thrown away. When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. I drove back that night to pick it up, and not only was it returned to me with a smile—they had washed it as well. That meant the world to me. Thank you for going above and beyond.
