"Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location. The room was spacious and featured a gas fireplace, which added a nice touch. We also had access to a small private backyard/patio area, which made the stay feel more unique and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself is attractive and interesting. However, the parking fee was almost $40 per night, which felt excessive. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and there were not many options available. Another downside was the bathroom amenities. There was no body wash provided, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were extremely inconvenient to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially considering the price."

"Terrible experience. I made this reservation about a month in advance, yet when we arrived at 8:00 PM for check-in, we were told that our reservation had been given to someone else because of an overbooking issue. We were a party of three, and the only option offered was a room with one bed for all three of us. When we explained that this was not acceptable, the front desk employee became rude, raised his voice, and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. Instead of helping us find a solution, he argued with us and showed no concern for the situation. By the time we arrived, it was already 8:00 PM, and after a full day of traveling we were exhausted. There were no available hotel rooms anywhere nearby, and because of the hotel’s mistake we were forced to drive an additional hour back in order to find another place to stay for the night. We eventually had to cancel the reservation and find another hotel late in the evening. The hotel failed to honor our confirmed reservation and did not provide comparable accommodation. The property itself looked outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the building. Combined with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
